Serves: 4-5
1 cantaloupe (peeled and cubed)
1 mango (peeled and cubed)
3 kiwis (peeled and sliced)
1 lime (sliced)
5-6 mint leaves (finely chopped)
Peel cantaloupe, mango and kiwi fruits. Slice and cube as desired. Finely chop the mint leaves. Cut thin slices of lime for garnish. Squeeze the rest of the lime and mix all ingredients. Serve chilled.
